ORDERS
Order placing can be done through the site goaiwa.com, you have to ensure that provided personal data is error free that includes e mail id. It takes 24-48 hours to process your order. No delivery is made on public holiday including Friday. We Will keep you informed about the order status via mail to your email id or account. In order to cancel an order, provide that it has not been already been processed and shipped, just make a call to the customer service. Delivery details will be updated in your account. All delivery time frames are estimates and can vary. If product delivery is delaying the website will inform you accordingly.

The payments can be done through COD (Cash On Delivery) or PAYPAL. The COD option is applicable only within QATAR. The website has the right to refuse delivery to a customer who has not paid part of totality of previous order. The website will take all precautions to ensure the security of payment details. The website has also the sole discretion to take necessary legal action against any outstanding payment of yours.

RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS
Products are returnable if you have received it, with any kind of physically damaged condition or different from their description on the product. The seller selling the defective product will be responsible to that buyer for any claims that buyer have made against the same and the website shall not be held liable in any manner for the same. Before accepting shipment of any product kindly ensure that the product’s merchandise is not tampered. If its tampered we request you to refuse delivery.
Request to return for fund or replacement must be raised within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Returns are subjected to verification in order to determine the legitimacy of return. Your product shall be checked for following conditions:

- Refund or replacement shall be issued to you only after verification.
- In case the replacement product is out of stock the money will be refunded. Partial refund will be issued if any kind of price change arises with respect to the replaced product.

Return will be processed only if.
- The product was not damaged while in your possession.
